Simple Tips to Paint the Ceiling
Getting the perfect painting, it takes the right preparation, including preparing the surface to be painted. Every surface in the house requires a different action in the paint, including painting the ceiling.
Before painting the ceiling, must be ensured that the ceiling surface is clean, dry, flat, smooth and free from oil and dust disturbance. Prepare painting tools such as buckets, ladders, roller, mixer, and paint with the color you want of course, etc. Use plastic to cover the area that might be exposed to splashes of paint, such as the frame and floor.
Read the directions for use before using paint; dilute the paint in accordance with these instructions. In the first layer, generally a maximum of paint diluted 20%, then for the second and third layers, the maximum dilution is 10%. Dilutions should be done on the outside of the tin container, unless the paint can be spent in one-time use. Painting is done in 2 to 3 layers of paint or water based in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions with an interval of 2 to 4 hours per layer.
Instead, paint the ceiling in the corner and the edge for the first time with a paint brush 2.5 “and use a thick paint or adding water up to 10% on the paint, then use the roller to the other areas.
